  I keep ordering burgers and keep getting disappointed. When placing my order I stress that I like my burgers cooked rare (they use the term "pink" so i say extra pink please), but when i get my food home it is often cooked medium (no pink) and once it was well done *could not even eat it. When ordering once i tried to request my preffered cooking temp and was told that they can not guarantee to produce burgers the way i like due to the cook being busy with multiple orders (during peak hours)... Okay... For a 12 dollar burger I expect more I guess. Out of the 6 times I've ordered burgers from this restaurant only twice did they cook my food correctly. Writting this review because I'm just done with this restaurant- just had another bad takeout food experience. After most times I order I think "god that was bad and expensive, you should stop eating there" Pretty sure my frustration comes from the high prices to accomadate the quality food they use- but then they ruin the food in the cooking process. When food is cooked as requested it is great! Feel like people should be warned about the inconsistency of the food here.

  Great family fare on one side. Great bar on the other side. Same food and drink selections on both sides. Excellent beer selection.

  When I lived in Easthampton I would order here once or twice a week. The food is great! The Hideaway Lounge is a great little "grown-ups" only section that has an upscale feeling compared to the open dining of the front room. I still try to visit once a month.
